As part of our Junior Entrepreneur (JEP) Programme & Green Schools Initiative, our local Dragon’s Den judge, Maura Murphy O’Connell from Murphy’s Bakery was on hand to help. Third to sixth class pupils thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes! Hats off to the Chef! Míle buíochas to Miss Ó’ Sullivan and Mary Lane for helping Maura with the pancakes!
