Meenkilly pupils were fortunate to have 5 weeks football training with Jack. They were taught all the football skills in a fun way. All the pupils looked forward to Jack’s visit each week. Míle buíochas, Jack.

Writing and Art Competitions

Green School Committe members hosted art and writing competitions recently. The themes were Local Water Actions for Global Change and The Mysterious Deep. Students’ entries reminded us of the importance of keeping our waterways clean, as well as the magical and mythical nature of the ocean.
Spring in Junior & Senior Infants

This month the Junior and Senior Infants are learning all about Spring. They are enjoying the Spring themed Aistear activities in our classroom Flower Shop and Farmer’s Market. We are excited to watch our cress seeds, which have sprouted, and are growing each day.
